2013 PLEDGE THANK YOUS!
We thank every Lucky Star veterinarian for renewing their membership & making a generous pledge for the year ahead. It could not happen without YOU! The animals can’t thank you but, on their behalf, we sure do!
S/N’S GOT A PEOPLE PROBLEM??
Per ASPCA, as S/N has become a critical part of effort to end animal homelessness, it’s become almost an ethical issue: "People who s/n are good, people who don't are not." Problem with this thinking is it seeps into programs, operations, & attitudes, & alien-ates the very people who must be reached to create lasting change. Here’s a free 1hr webinar geared at forming trusting, respectful relationships w/folks w/unaltered pets. http://www.aspcapro.org/webinar-does-spayneuter-have-a-people-p.php
