On March 22 @ the AWFNJ Conf in Long Branch, PFA will present: Pediatric S/N & Achieving 100% Neuter Before Adoption (NBA), including tips to help lobby for & implement a 100% NBA policy in your organization & how to over-come resistance to pediatric S/N. S/N’S GOT A PEOPLE PROBLEM??
Per ASPCA, as S/N has become a critical part of effort to end animal homelessness, it’s become almost an ethical issue: "People who s/n are good, people who don't are not."
