Lucky Star readers already know of Dr. Carolyn Wooley & her “McSNIP” S/N clinic due to her decade-long (since 2012!) participation in the Lucky Star S/N Program! Though her current & recent Lucky Star free S/N pledges have helped dogs of ARF of Mercer, she is excited to announce both the re-opening of McSNIP & the grand opening of her new “Cats Only Veterinary Hospital”, both now @ 19 Brookside Ave, Pennington, NJ. “Mercer County Spay Neuter Incentive Program (aka "MCSNIP") is one of our area´s safest & cost effective sources of healthcare for feral cats.
