An Equal Opportunity Program!
The Lucky Star program is designed to help dogs as well as cats. Each Lucky Star Veterinarian decides which animals he or she is able to help under the program. Some choose to limit their pledges to cats, others do not. Any and all free surgeries & services are wonderful and much appreciated!
